About Lana Schorvitz

Lana Schorvitz is a certified Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) with more than 16 years of dedicated experience helping children and students with visual impairments reach their full potential in educational and everyday settings.

Over the past decade, she has led Visual Impairment Access, LLC - a trusted independent practice delivering personalized, high-quality support to public school districts, charter schools, private schools, early intervention programs, and families throughout Metro Atlanta.

Her advanced credentials include Master's degrees in Early Childhood Special Education (with reading endorsement) from Georgia State University and Visual Impairment from the University of Northern Colorado, plus graduate certification in Cortical Visual Impairment from UMass Boston / Perkins School for the Blind. Lana is CVI Range-endorsed and brings deep expertise in complex visual needs.

She is deeply committed to helping every child build independence, literacy, and confidence through accessible, individualized learning experiences that make a lasting difference.
